We offer you "state of the art" products for nutritional supplementation (also in the ketogenic diet). The Ket'One shake is largely based on MCT fatty acids. MCT stands for "Medium Chain Triglycerides", in German for "Mittelkettige Triglyceride". It sounds a little complicated, but it's not: it's a special class of fatty acids that can of course also be found in coconut oil (our source), palm oil and also in lower concentrations in dairy products (especially goat's milk products).

MCTs do not weigh you down (they are easy to digest) and are quickly available as energy - this boosts your performance!

The finest whey protein isolate (very rich in essential amino acids and BCAAs) with a high biological value optimizes the formula synergistically. We use natural beta-carotene (vitamin A precursor) as a colorant and of course there is hardly any sugar in the recipe (< 0.5 g per portion), which won't disrupt your diet. The fat content is higher than the protein content, which makes the product particularly suitable for the ketogenic diet.

Our shake is available with a delicious vanilla, chocolate or coconut flavor, making it an excellent base for your smoothie and also for keto-friendly baked goods and dishes.
