The product contains no added sugar* (*it naturally contains 0.5 g of sugar per serving, which results from the added plant substances) and provides only 31 kcal per 10 g serving (one pack contains 30 servings). The main ingredient in the formulation is the complex carbohydrate inulin and not a highly insulin-dependent metabolized carbohydrate source such as glucose.
